Trevelyan Gardens

The Project

Trevelyan Gardens is a prestigious development of 8 high-end residential units in the heart of Epping Forest.

Capel CS Ltd were the principle Contractor on the project taking the works from the site strip and demolition phases through to the hand-over to the Client. The works were made more challenging as the site was on a steep gradient necessitating the installation of substantial piled retaining walls and extensive drainage systems.

The project value was £3.3 million and despite the numerous technical challenges the project was delivered on time and to budget.
