The Project
Kings Road is a £2.7 million re-development of an existing building, located in the heart of the Kings Road, one of London’s’ most prestigious locations.
We were contracted to assist with the construction of a 3 storey extension above an existing ground floor shop, providing 1st Floor commercial office space, 2nd floor residential apartments and a 3rd Floor Penthouse.
All works were carried out causing minimal disruption to the live shop below, and taking into account the busy London location. With residential properties adjacent to the site, careful logistical planning and the consideration of local residents was required from the outset.
The Build
Our contractors were involved with the build of this selection of high end commercial and residential units on the famous Kings Road.
We worked alongside the client and the architect to deliver the finest quality work, and to ensure that the finished units lived up to the expectations of the discerning end user you would expect to find in this location.
With the location being a large factor in this project, we worked hard to ensure that not only did our building work caused minimal disruption to shops and neighbours surrounding the building.

With contemporary open spaces, and luxury kitchens and bathrooms, our contractors crafted apartments using the highest quality workmanship and working with top of the range materials, fixtures and fittings throughout.
The first floor of the building has been converted into an open plan, contemporary office space with private WC and shower facilities.
