We were involved in the demolition and construction of 7 new residential units in Chingford, East London.

As a residential development of approximately £1.2 million, our workmanship was relied upon to produce finely crafted new build apartments for the re-sale market.

Each unit was designed to offer high end accommodation that not only attracts buyers to the area, but also remains in keeping with the aesthetic of surrounding homes in Connaught Avenue.

As a demolition and construction project, the Connaught Avenue project is another important example of our portfolio of works.

Initial Demolition

Initial demolition of existing buildings was undertaken by our skilled and experienced trades people.

Construction of the new development began once the area was cleared and the building was up in good time, and within budget.

The design of the new building was sympathetic to the local area.

Our trades people were able to successfully manage the difficult logistics of a demolition and construction project set within a busy residential neighbourhood.

Each apartment was designed to maximise light and space, and was constructed to a very high specification.

The apartments offer state of the art modern living, as is expected in this part of East London.

Using first class workmanship, and high end fixtures and fittings throughout, we were able to deliver 7 highly desirable apartments within a new build block.

Kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and decor, were all created to appeal to the modern buyer, and to suit their lifestyle requirements.

Chingford is a sought after area for young professionals, with easy access to central London via road and rail. The apartment block itself is based close to Chingford station. Each apartment offers bright, contemporary living spaces, as well as parking and attractive communal areas.
